About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a personalized, modern client enablement strategy across the client journey
- Determine content scope, structure, and delivery to maximize product adoption, client utilization, and retention
- Design and manage client education architecture by persona and client lifecycle stage
- Drive adaptive learning pathways and generative-AI-enabled content creation and delivery
- Improve existing learning assets for accuracy, relevance, and learner experience
- Develop certification programs for Benevity clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate client education into the user experience
- Deliver client training through instructor-led workshops and webinars
- Evaluate education programs using performance metrics, usage data, and feedback
- Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in client training or enablement within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience leading agile content design and delivery of large-scale client-facing education programs, instructor-led workshops, and webinars
- Experience implementing and optimizing a core learning platform/LMS
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and design thinking methodology
- Proficiency with Articulate, Camtasia, or similar learning development platforms
- Expertise applying UX principles to content design and deploying in-product guidance such as Pendo
- Proficiency applying Generative AI tools to content creation and personalized content delivery
- Skill developing eLearning, microlearning, video, job aids, and performance support resources
- Demonstrated visual design skills focused on layout, branding, accessibility, and learner engagement
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong collaboration, analytical, prioritization, organizational, and adaptability skills
