About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Enterprise Quote-to-Cash, from tender through signed, negotiated MSA, for large-scale, multi-entity accounts with formal procurement
- Own Command’s enterprise view, including RBAC, reporting, and administrative experiences for Tailored and Named Accounts
- Manage reporting requirements for Global Learning, HR, Procurement, Global Mobility, and Local HR stakeholders
- Own the Franchise Portal, including participation in resolving its reporting-line governance
- Author the pod’s Critical User Journeys, including the Enterprise Q2C and franchisee royalty journeys
- Manage the Growth & Website flex PM seat covering the self-serve funnel for Career Professionals and Self Serve Employers
- Own the LTV:CAC review and recommend the future structure of the Growth & Website role or pod
- Ensure enterprise deals address security, works council, and data residency requirements early
- Resolve the enterprise segment threshold across Command, the Q2C pipeline, and the Franchise Portal
- Ensure Critical User Journeys are written, reviewed, and used for specifications and launch gates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Real enterprise sales-cycle fluency, including tender and RFP processes, executive sponsorship, and multi-entity contracting
- Comfort with compliance-adjacent product work, including security questionnaires, SOC 2, GDPR, and works council co-determination in Germany and Austria under Section 87(1) No. 6 BetrVG
- Track record of writing product specifications independently
- Fluency with data and AI tools for personally performing analysis
- Judgment to make and document deliberate exceptions when appropriate
- Legal right to work in the country where the job is located
