About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage IAM operations, complex access requests, and identity lifecycle activities while meeting service targets
  • Support provisioning, authentication, and authorization issues
  • Serve as an escalation point for IAM incidents
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Support incident and problem management
  • Conduct access reviews, audits, remediation activities, and compliance monitoring
  • Improve IAM service delivery through automation, scripting, standardization, reporting, and enhancements to IAM tools and controls
  • Participate in IAM projects, system implementations, integrations, and change initiatives
  • Support testing, defect management, and operational readiness activities
  • Maintain IAM documentation and operational standards
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior IAM analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of IAM or related enterprise experience
  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, or Oracle Unified Directory
  • Experience supporting IAM projects, system enhancements, access governance, and identity lifecycle processes
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience developing technical documentation and operational procedures
