Label/Sort resumes and assess the potential to fit Publisher/Account Executive roles
Fill in scheduling sheets with interview outcomes and next stage interview assignments
Work with colleagues to ensure a seamless interview process from 1st to 2nd interviews and follow through to the hiring process
Maintain Back Office by updating statuses or notes for candidates, ensuring that communications are received by the appropriate next party

2+ years of experience in customer service/recruiting
Reliable internet service
