About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as primary property revenue manager for a portfolio of hotels
  • Provide revenue management services directly to assigned properties
  • Drive RevPAR Index percentage change for each hotel year over year
  • Consult on pricing strategy, rate strategy and yield management
  • Identify and develop revenue opportunities
  • Perform weekly competitive market analyses
  • Consult with hotels on corporate, group and negotiated rates
  • Conduct weekly yield management meetings
  • Collaborate with hotel representatives on weekly strategies
  • Implement agreed strategies in hotel property management and company or external systems
  • Create and maintain demand forecasts and pace reports for each property

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a property, regional or corporate level revenue manager
  • Preferred multi-property experience
  • Preferred functional, working knowledge of up to 5 property management systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • A Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification or the ability to acquire either certification within one year
  • Working, functional knowledge of standard industry tools including Smith Travel Research reports
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong public speaking/communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work from home uninterrupted
  • Self-starter with excellent work ethic, salesmanship, interpersonal, and communications skills
  • Adaptable in rapidly changing business
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office
  • For candidates in Arizona, ability to work onsite at the Global Operations Center when not traveling
  • May travel up to 25%
  • Valid driver’s license, serviceable automobile and proof of insurance may be required
  • Passport may be required
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship
