About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute strategies and initiatives designed to support Worldwide Sales revenue goals
- Serve as a communication link between Worldwide Sales Managers, hotels, and affiliates
- Manage and respond to Worldwide Sales support inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
- Perform administrative and data management tasks
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets
- Create reports using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Manage databases
- Conduct outbound calls to hotels to communicate revenue opportunities and ensure awareness and participation in Worldwide Sales programs
- Support internal processes that enhance efficiency, organization, and sales effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with outbound communication (phone and email) in a professional setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Working knowledge of Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, AI-driven tools and technologies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
