About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support enterprise sales initiatives for the ANOW! workload automation suite
- Serve as a technical point of contact for enterprise customers across various industries
- Work closely with Sales Executives to understand customer goals and challenges
- Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical workshops for ANOW! Automate and ANOW! Observe
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into solution concepts and implementation plans
- Develop PoC use cases based on specific customer requirements
- Participate in customer meetings to identify technical and business requirements
- Support the sales process by responding to RFIs and RFPs
- Collaborate with Support, R&D, Product Management, and Sales to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Systematically communicate customer feedback to the Sales and Product teams
- Continuously expand knowledge of DevOps, DataOps, SOAP, observability, cloud technologies, and AI
- Monitor market developments, competitors, and emerging technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field, or equivalent qualifications gained through relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience as a Solution Engineer, in technical presales, consulting, or technical sales of enterprise software
- Experience with APIs, REST integrations, and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Shell
- Strong knowledge of modern IT architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Knowledge of operating systems and IT security
- In-depth knowledge of Automic, Control-M, or Airflow is a plus
- Experience with observability platforms such as Grafana, Dynatrace, or Datadog is a plus
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Ability to present complex technical content in a manner appropriate to the target audience
- Strong analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
