About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide high-quality, convenient virtual care across multiple practices and regions
Conduct video-only virtual visits across urgent and acute care, behavioral health, chronic disease management, annual wellness visits and exams, and transitional care management
Complete EHR documentation in Epic
Work a minimum of two shifts per calendar month, including one evening shift or one weekend shift
Schedule additional shifts based on departmental needs and provider availability

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experienced, tech-savvy Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Master’s Degree (MSN/DNP or PA Program)
Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts
Active DEA & MCSR registrations
Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
2+ years clinical experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care (preferred)
Prior telemedicine experience (preferred)
Proficiency with Epic EHR (preferred)
Must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment
