About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct video-only virtual visits across a full range of patient needs
- Provide urgent and acute care encounters
- Conduct behavioral health visits and follow-ups
- Manage chronic diseases
- Conduct annual wellness visits and annual exams
- Provide transitional care management
- Document patient care in Epic EHR
- Provide virtual care across multiple practices and regions
- Choose shifts and maintain additional availability based on departmental needs and provider availability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced, tech-savvy Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Master’s Degree (MSN/DNP or PA Program)
- Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts
- Active DEA & MCSR registrations
- Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Minimum of two (2) shifts per calendar month, consisting of one evening shift or one weekend shift
- 2+ years clinical experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care (preferred)
- Prior telemedicine experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with Epic EHR (preferred)
