About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide day-to-day clinical oversight of the CCS program to ensure quality patient care consistent with regulatory standards and evidence-based addiction-treatment practices
  • Work with the CBHC Nurse Manager and, under the direction of the Program Director, assume responsibility for daily program operations in the Program Director's absence
  • Supervise and consult with mental health counselors and peer specialists
  • Monitor milieu acuity and assign client tasks as appropriate
  • Ensure development of treatment plans and crisis response plans
  • Review clinical documentation for compliance with federal, state, program, payer, and accreditation requirements
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance program
  • Provide scheduled staff supervision and develop strategies to maximize client continuation and compliance
  • Develop in-service staff training
  • Review clinical program design and implement improvement recommendations with CBHC leadership and Medical Director
  • Develop and monitor evidence-based group curriculum
  • Participate in hiring, training, performance evaluation, and staff scheduling
  • Attend internal team and external stakeholder meetings
  • Share on-call responsibilities
  • Perform direct service as needed
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, work direction, performance appraisal, discipline, complaint handling, and problem resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, rehabilitative counseling or a closely related field required
  • LMHC, LICSW license preferred
  • Two years of supervisory experience in a milieu setting preferred
  • Must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment
