Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic pharmacy initiatives across the Beth Israel Lahey Health system and member institutions
  • Manage and refine the enterprise strategic planning function for pharmacy services
  • Lead and participate in cross-institutional projects with multiple stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with project management, process improvement, business case development, and administrative coordination
  • Ability to lead cross-institutional projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and implement project tracking and monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of financial/accounting, due diligence, legal, reimbursement, regulatory and compliance, and information technology considerations
  • Ability to evaluate business development efforts against strategic direction
  • Ability to present business opportunities to senior leadership
