- Lead clinical, operational, and financial performance

Requirements
What you’ll need- BSN
- Current RN License in a Procedural field
- BLS Certification
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Preferred: Supervisory/management experience
- Preferred: Experience in ambulatory, procedural, dermatology, surgery, or specialty practice settings
- Procedural nursing background
- Experience leading outpatient clinical operations
- Strong business, operational, and financial acumen
