About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities
  • Observe and supervise clients and unit
  • Conduct 30-minute client well-being checks
  • Conduct telephone admission screenings and other admissions duties
  • Search client belongings on admission and discharge, or as directed by supervisor
  • Complete checklists, shift documentation, and record keeping promptly according to agency policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Experience working with substance use population is preferred
  • Valid MA Driver’s License in good standing preferred
  • Staff must be vaccinated against influenza (flu) as a condition of employment
