About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor, maintain, and continually develop the occupational and vendor license tracking program
- Assist with occupational licensing processes, including completing and submitting application forms, updating information, and renewals
- Coordinate employee licensing procedures for BetMGM launches in new and existing states
- Review licensing and reporting requirements in controls and regulations
- Coordinate fingerprinting appointments
- Submit license application forms and track schedules of fees due to regulatory bodies
- Maintain confidential company and personal data
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment, maintaining a proper mental attitude to deal effectively with management, employees, regulatory agencies and professional advisors
- Excellent customer service skills
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
- Highly organized with superior attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a highly regulated environment (gaming industry preferred)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship
- Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency; certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies
- Must comply with and support BetMGM's responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
