About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor the Orders Dashboard and support branches with service scheduling plans
- Schedule refinery appointments for quota pickups according to the daily/monthly plan
- Monitor the loading of equipment at refineries and plants, as well as unloading operations
- Monitor average service times at plants, refineries, and customer locations, supporting the release of vehicles and drivers when necessary
- Hire third-party providers through subcontracting or owner-operator agreements
- Provide logistics solutions for daily scheduled services
- Conduct periodic Safety Dialogues with drivers
- Provide service guidance to drivers whenever necessary
- Optimize the use of company-owned fleet in daily scheduling to increase asset utilization and revenue
- Pursue on-time customer service through effective management of equipment, drivers, and customer schedules
- Monitor the billing process, ensuring all services provided are invoiced on D+0 (same day)
- Control the issuance and closing of OFFs for company-owned and third-party fleets, in accordance with agreed rates
- Manage insurance policies and their maintenance
- Analyze service cycle performance KPIs
- Strictly comply with procedures established by the Quality Management System
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 4 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in freight transportation
- At least 4 years of experience in dangerous goods operations
- Experience working in operations with an implemented Quality Management System (ISO 9001/SASSMAQ)
