About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the annual Internal and External Communications plan and maintain the company’s communications calendar
- Plan, produce, review, and publish content for internal channels, social media, digital channels, and corporate publications
- Develop announcements, feature articles, articles, press releases, interviews, and other content for internal and external audiences
- Develop scripts, narratives, and audiovisual content aligned with the company’s culture, strategy, and business objectives
- Create and adapt content for different formats and channels using image-editing, video-editing, and Artificial Intelligence tools
- Plan and execute communications, culture, employee engagement, recognition, and employer branding campaigns
- Support Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Training and Development initiatives
- Cover internal events, including recording, interviews, and real-time content production
- Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate events, trade shows, and institutional initiatives
- Manage social media and digital channels, liaising with agencies and vendors
- Prepare briefs and review and approve campaigns, content, creative assets, and materials from external partners
- Manage vendor quotations, negotiations, contracting, and relationships
- Control contracts, invoices, payments, budgets, and investments for the Communications department
- Manage the inventory, production, and distribution of promotional items and corporate materials
- Coordinate the company’s participation in trade shows and events and liaise with customers, guests, and stakeholders
- Ensure the correct application of the visual identity and brand positioning
- Lead communications projects related to organizational transformation, change management, and strategic initiatives
- Work on projects supported by tax-incentive laws, including the Rouanet Law
- Track communications, campaign, and channel metrics, monitor results, and propose improvements
- Support corporate reputation initiatives and communications in sensitive situations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, and Employee Communications
- Strategic and hands-on profile, with the ability to work from strategic planning through day-to-day execution
- Experience producing content, writing corporate communications, and managing digital channels
- Knowledge of storytelling and communications for different audiences and formats
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for content, image, and video creation
- Experience managing vendors, corporate events, and departmental budgets
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
