About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and implement acquisition opening offer strategies
- Conduct ongoing in-country competitor analysis
- Collaborate with marketing and in-country teams to ensure relevance and localisation of opening offers
- Maintain existing welcome offers and ensure effective communication
- Develop and implement conversion strategies
- Coordinate and brief ad hoc promotions for unconverted customers with Creative
- Update the Confluence page with calendars, promotions, conversion tracking information, welcome offers and competitor analysis
- Execute promotions across SMS and email communication platforms, including bonus creation for Sport and Casino when needed
- Innovate and implement ideas addressing specific markets, gaming platforms, seasons and fixtures
- Collaborate with the Retention Team to ensure brand consistency throughout the player lifecycle and leverage relevant retention campaigns
- Deliver timely and functional communications promoting new casino games to the unconverted base
- Focus on deliverability across communication platforms
- Analyse results, including test and campaign outcomes, and assess processes and learnings
- Implement new learnings and approaches in subsequent campaigns
- Communicate results effectively with team members and execute new learnings
Requirements

- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions
- Experience developing and executing customer retention strategies
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Experience working across multiple markets or regions
- Ability to translate data insights into action
