About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and enhance BeyondTrust’s security compliance programs, focusing on vendor risk management, customer trust, and project coordination/management
Contribute to continuous improvement and execution of the Trust & Assurance program
Create documentation, track projects, and perform day-to-day operational activities
Assess vendors for compliance with BeyondTrust security requirements
Respond to external security questionnaires
Track complex project statuses across internal and external stakeholders
Collect compliance evidence for legal, operational, and security requirements
Arrange communications and contacts with involved stakeholders
Coordinate and research security, compliance, and privacy-related requests
Assist with updating and reviewing policies, standards, and procedures according to compliance and regulatory requirements
Assist in delivering compliance and security awareness training, education modules, and role-based training
Support compliance audit and assurance activities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at all organizational levels
Familiarity with industry regulations and frameworks such as NIST 800-53/800-171, ISO 27001/27701, and SOC 2
Ability to interpret compliance reports and white papers
Experience in project management activities including status tracking, artifact creation, and reporting
Technical skills with MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, and Visio
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments and teams
Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet firm deadlines
Bachelor’s degree (nice to have)
2 or more years of experience in project management, security, or compliance (nice to have)
Experience supporting cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and/or SaaS applications (nice to have)
CISSP or CRISC certifications (nice to have)
Technology risk management experience (nice to have)
