About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Subject Matter Experts to analyze learning objectives, define content requirements, and develop engaging interactive eLearning courses aligned with organizational goals
Design and produce instructional materials incorporating animations, graphics, audio, video, and other multimedia elements
Use authoring tools, graphic design software, and video editing platforms to create polished, user-friendly training content
Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of training materials and processes
Explore and implement new eLearning technologies and methodologies
Organize, plan, and execute self-paced course creation and updates while meeting deadlines
Communicate complex concepts clearly through visual design and written content

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in eLearning development or a related field
Proven experience creating professional eLearning content, preferably for software products, using rapid development tools
Strong preference for Articulate Storyline experience
Proficiency in basic video editing for educational purposes, such as Camtasia or similar tools
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Strong time management, task prioritization, and organizational abilities
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning new skills and technologies
Commitment to upholding BeyondTrust’s core values
Visual design experience, LMS administration or content integration, simulation development, AI-generated voiceovers, technical training, and Adobe Creative Suite familiarity are listed as nice-to-have qualifications
