About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the operating system that makes revenue growth predictable across Field Operations, Marketing Operations, and Data Analytics
- Run weekly/bi-weekly forecasting pipeline reviews and quarterly business reviews with the CRO and CMO
- Reconcile field roll-ups with model-driven forecasts into one trusted number
- Own long-range GTM planning, including TAM, segmentation, coverage, geo-expansion, capacity, and revenue planning
- Direct territory design, capacity models, quota setting, and incentive compensation mechanics
- Lead the Data Analytics team and own the data foundation, BI platform, predictive modeling, data science, and data roadmap
- Lead Sales Field Operations, including territory design, capacity management, rep productivity, coaching mechanisms, resource allocation, and enablement investments
- Prioritize Salesforce and RevTech roadmap investments through systems governance
- Own Marketing Operations, including funnel health, lead management, lead scoring, campaign attribution, and partner/channel scorecards
- Identify and ship high-leverage AI automation across forecasting, enablement, sales rep experience, and reporting
- Partner with Commercial Operations on deal desk, CPQ, and lead-to-order/cash processes
- Build and develop a high-performing Revenue Operations organization
- Represent revenue performance, risk, and opportunity to the CFO, CRO, and Board
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Commercial Operations, or GTM strategy within B2B SaaS
- VP/SVP-level leadership partnering with the C-suite and Board
- Track record scaling a company through the $550M → $1B+ ARR inflection, or directly comparable scale and complexity
- Hands-on ownership of forecasting, planning, and territory/quota/compensation design
- Working fluency in commercial operations, including deal desk, CPQ, and quote-to-cash
- Experience leading or directly managing Field Operations and Marketing Operations at scale, or equivalent cross-functional RevOps scope
- Experience leading or chairing a cross-functional systems-governance forum and prioritizing a roadmap against fixed delivery capacity
- Power user of Salesforce or equivalent CRM and modern RevOps/BI tooling, including Gong, Tableau/Power BI, Databricks, and Xactly or equivalent
- Personally architected or shipped production AI, automation, or agentic workflows
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment
- A bachelor's degree is required
