About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Directly supervise and review the work of others
Develop strategies to help team members achieve goals and complete projects
Manage day-to-day requests for data and reports
Build and support data migration staging environments and warehouses
Support regulatory and business reporting
Profile downstream data to find anomalies and potential data issues
Work with QA team members to build test cases and scenarios
Create scripts for reporting
Peer review others' work
Gather stakeholder requirements and ensure internal customers receive needed information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
Experience with insurance, supervision, data analytics, and reporting
Solid understanding of data structures and ETL
Experience with Visio and process flows
Experience with version control systems such as GitHub and DevOps
Experience with analytics/BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos
Ability to collaborate with internal customers and communicate key insights and findings to appropriate individuals
Passion for information
