Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and enhance Biffa’s early careers programmes for apprentices, graduates, interns and work experience placements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience designing and delivering standout apprenticeship, graduate, or early careers programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management with ability to forge strong partnerships both internally and externally, including schools and universities
  • Ability to challenge, influence and inspire
  • Confidence with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
