About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the main point of contact for brand and agency clients across all post-sale activities
  • Lead campaign kickoff calls with media and creative agencies, align creative production with campaign objectives, brainstorm custom creative, review production timelines, and serve as a Big Happy subject matter expert
  • Gather campaign launch materials, including assets, brand guidelines, campaign messaging, third-party tracking, site lists, and block lists, and confirm accuracy for timely launch
  • Lead creative production with the creative team and liaise between clients and internal teams to bring client creative visions to life while aligning with Big Happy best practices
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly client reporting, optimizing against client KPIs
  • Ensure campaign elements track accurately and flag discrepancies with PAS, Ops, and Tech teams
  • Build and present end-of-campaign reports with actionable learnings and recommendations to drive renewals or incremental growth
  • Partner closely with Sales, Strategy, Creative, Tech, and Ops to keep client deliverables, launches, and execution on track
  • Report to the Senior Account Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, ideally within an agency, publisher, or ad tech environment
  • Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem and how brands, agencies, and publishers collaborate
  • Experience managing campaigns across the full lifecycle, from kickoff to reporting
  • Comfort working with third-party measurement and verification partners such as IAS, DoubleVerify, DCM, Lucid, or Nielsen, and ability to lead troubleshooting with third-party vendors
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and the broader Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to translate campaign data into clear insights and compelling client narratives
  • Familiarity with programmatic and managed service media environments; experience with platforms like DV360, Xandr, or The Trade Desk is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills, including public speaking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity during client conversations
  • Confidence engaging with senior leadership
  • A genuine commitment to white-glove client service — proactive, resourceful, and always looking to go the extra mile
  • A team-first mindset; this role depends on working closely and effectively across departments on a daily basis
