About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the core operational bridge for the VP of Partnerships, translating RMN strategy into daily execution and streamlining workflows
- Support RMN monetization leads, commercial partnership managers, and shopper marketing agency contacts as a trusted point of contact
- Partner with Sales and RMN co-selling teams to align programmatic offerings with retail supplier briefs
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Services to align RMN data feedback with the technical product roadmap
- Build and roll out RMN-specific sales playbooks, offsite points of view, and closed-loop measurement case studies
- Lead training sessions for RMN sales forces on positioning and pitching Big Happy to brand advertisers
- Track, analyze, and report partnership revenue adoption, campaign performance, and Joint Business Plan milestones
- Position Big Happy as an offsite extension partner for RMNs using programmatic 3D DOOH and premium mobile environments
- Translate programmatic and creative capabilities into value propositions for brand shopper marketers
- Execute pilot frameworks and proof-of-concept campaigns to demonstrate ROAS and secure long-term exclusive agreements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4–7 years of professional experience specifically within Retail Media Networks (RMNs), Shopper Marketing, or Brand/Agency-side Retail Media Activation
- Natural “builder” mentality with a strong focus on seamless execution and independent workflow management
- Deep understanding of RMN structures, offsite programmatic inventory sales and integration, and closed-loop attribution/measurement methodologies
- History of fostering account growth and confidence presenting to mid- and senior-level external agency leadership
- Clear communication and ability to distill complex technical platform features into business value for media planners and strategists
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage performance metrics and spend data to drive joint business objectives
- Comfortable with travel to and from retail headquarters
