About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the execution, development, and innovation of Workday across the enterprise
Ensure Workday serves as the organization’s single source of truth for Human Capital, Finance, and Operations
Manage the Workday Center of Excellence team
Align Workday solutions with business goals in collaboration with Senior Management
Lead technical execution for Workday SKUs, integrations, Orchestrations, applications, and Agents
Design scalable Workday solutions with Human Capital, Finance, and Technology and Innovation teams
Oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of integrations
Manage and optimize Workday applications to automate and enhance workflows
Implement and maintain Workday Orchestrations and Agents
Lead readiness, regression testing, and deployment of new Workday releases and features
Ensure data governance, security, and compliance within Workday environments
Mentor and develop the Workday COE team and organizational subject matter experts
Engage with Workday early adopter and partner programs
Collaborate with PMO on project intake, prioritization, and cross-functional initiative execution
Attend relevant conferences for professional and technical advancement
Champion core values and promote collaboration and innovation across teams
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical expertise in Workday solutions
Experience with Workday SKUs, integrations, Orchestrations, applications, and Agents
Experience overseeing integration lifecycle management
Experience with Workday applications, workflow automation, and process optimization
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance within Workday environments
Experience leading readiness, regression testing, and deployment of Workday releases, SKUs, and features
Ability to lead and develop a Workday Center of Excellence team
Ability to collaborate with Human Capital, Finance, Technology and Innovation, and PMO teams
Ability to evaluate new Workday technologies and functionalities through early adopter and partner programs
