About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Structure loosely defined business questions into clear analytical approaches with hypotheses and paths to answers
  • Build financial and operational models to size opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and support decision-making
  • Use AI tools to accelerate data pulls, cleaning, and first-pass analysis
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for program performance and business metrics
  • Partner with Data and Analytics teams to source, validate, and structure data
  • Use AI co-work agents to draft analysis summaries and model documentation
  • Own assigned Strategic Programs/Initiatives end to end, creating structured plans with owners and dates and driving them to closure
  • Identify risks and dependencies across cross-functional workstreams and escalate early
  • Support the Strategy Office in scaling program and analytical capacity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT/Data, or Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, finance, or a related analytical role, or recent graduate with strong internship or co-op experience in the same
  • Demonstrated ability to build AI into personal workflows for data analysis, modeling, and reporting
  • Strong quantitative and modeling skills
  • Advanced Excel or equivalent modeling tool proficiency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive open items to closure
  • Preferred: experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or FP&A
  • Preferred: background in a high-growth or PE-backed environment
  • Preferred: familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools
