About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take end-to-end ownership of the company’s BI platform
- Serve as the main focal point for dashboard creation, BI tool usage, and data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Lead BI-driven product direction
- Shape the data warehouse supporting key dashboards
- Design, implement, and maintain core BI dashboards
- Define how teams across the company work with the BI tool, including permissions, connections, datasets, and related platform governance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence
- End-to-end development, implementation, and maintenance of ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading across data sources and target systems
- Experience developing AI tools: Cursor, Clude, Coco
- Experience with data warehouse modeling
- Expertise with one of the major BI tools: Power BI or Airflow
- Experience working with databases such as Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Experience in Python
- Fluent English is a big advantage
