About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the US Nephrology Insights & Analytics team with foundational market research and data analysis ahead of a new product launch
  • Support end-to-end insights and analytics projects, including business question definition, study design, data acquisition, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of findings
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations by integrating claims, EMR, market research, and secondary data
  • Create executive presentations, dashboards, data visualizations, and written summaries communicating key findings and strategic implications
  • Manage primary market research projects for the nephrology insights team
  • Analyze secondary claims and EMR data
  • Manage patient or HCP market research projects end to end, including vendor proposals, research samples, field monitoring, and readout plan design
  • Conduct patient journey and treatment pathway analyses
  • Develop integrated insight reports combining market research and secondary data analytics
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Field Execution, Advanced Analytics & Omnichannel, and Patient Services stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in life science, marketing, technology or analytics preferred
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to analyze and interpret data preferred
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, market research, or patient-level healthcare data is preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, university or skills program/apprenticeship
  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a Master’s or PhD
  • Preferred majors: Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, Biostatistics
