About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support implementation of Field Medical onboarding across all therapeutic areas through stakeholder engagement, feedback collection, and KPI measurement
  • Maintain and enhance the Medical Playbook, onboarding materials, governance documentation, operational guides, and capability-building tools
  • Support MSL skills and capability development through training coordination, learning facilitation, learner feedback collection, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with IT, Commercial, Global Medical Training, Compliance, Medical Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop presentations, meeting summaries, leadership communications, and executive-level reporting
  • Support process improvement, change management, and scalable best-practice implementation
  • Coordinate governance meetings, document decisions, and provide ongoing project communications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Interested in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry and medical affairs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, university or skills program/apprenticeship
  • Currently enrolled in a BS, Master’s, PharmD or PhD program in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, health administration, or related field
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
  • Familiarity with Veeva CRM is a plus but not required
