About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead financial planning and consolidation across total International Partner Markets, including annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans
Establish and execute consistent business planning processes and strategic management reporting requirements
Design forecast and reporting templates for comprehensive financial analysis
Lead monthly consolidated management reporting, coordinating cluster inputs for leadership and regional and corporate finance
Explain price, volume, spend, and patient trends; highlight material variances and propose corrective actions
Identify improvements to planning, reporting, and financial processes
Act as finance business partner to EPM + Russia, APAC, and LATAM cluster leadership teams
Manage month-end, quarterly, and year-end closes, including sales validation, accruals, and P&L analysis
Coordinate revenue recognition and provisions with Accounting and Logistics
Review and approve distributor KPIs, supply price reconciliations, and related accruals
Provide financial analysis for new product launches and business development projects
Deliver timely financial and management reporting, including actuals, budget/forecast variance analysis, business drivers, risks, and opportunities
Manage cluster contribution margin and monitor product margin controllership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required
ACCA, CIMA qualification
At least five years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Experience in the controllership area, including US GAAP or IFRS
Experience operating in a multi-regional business environment
Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, Hyperion, or comparable systems
MBA, equivalent preferred
Experience working within a Partner Markets model, including supporting and partnering with regional or local market teams in a matrixed organization
Holder of a work permit and residency in Poland
