About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage continuous improvement projects related to business and technical process improvements to enhance the usability, adoption, and satisfaction with Veeva CRM
  • Lead cross functional projects to assist in the development, deployment, and adoption of new field technology and enablement platforms for the US Commercial field teams
  • Ensure appropriate field technology training is conducted with new employees
  • Identify training gaps with existing technology through in-depth analysis
  • Ensure support functions are knowledgeable on field technology capabilities
  • Manage and oversee IT resources, particularly the field service desk, to ensure issues are addressed quickly and correctly
  • Create comprehensive reports and interpret underlying data to provide accurate and actionable insights
  • Assist with troubleshooting large technology issues by managing without authority
  • Maintain training content and measure field-user satisfaction and utilization with Veeva CRM

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of working experience
  • Biotech/Pharma or Commercial Operations experience
  • 1-3 years of experience with CRM systems and Excel
  • Detail oriented with a strong track record of executing on successful projects
  • Ability to conduct in-depth analysis, but also present high-level results in a simplified manner
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred: Veeva and Salesforce
  • Preferred: Project Management Skills
  • Preferred: MBA
