What you’ll need
  • Graduate students are ideal, but undergraduates and self-taught candidates with strong AI projects are also encouraged to apply
  • Understanding of modern AI systems and agent design
  • Ability to think about how multiple components work together
  • Experience/design capability with agent architectures and workflows
  • Experience/design capability with multi-agent systems
  • Ability to design feedback and evaluation loops
  • Understanding of tool selection, planning, and task decomposition
  • Ability to build systems that operate over multiple steps
  • Ability to evaluate where and why agents fail
  • Ability to read current AI research and apply relevant ideas
  • Ability to build and test ideas independently
  • Strong portfolio of AI projects encouraged
  • Resume/CV, portfolio or GitHub, and 1–3 projects or research efforts required for application
  • Candidate must complete background checks, including references, educational verification, criminal check, and credit check where applicable; certain roles may require testing
