What you’ll need
  • Understanding of modern AI systems and agent design
  • Comfortable thinking about how multiple components work together
  • Experience/design knowledge of agent architectures and workflows
  • Experience/design knowledge of multi-agent systems
  • Experience designing feedback and evaluation loops
  • Understanding of tool selection, planning, and task decomposition
  • Ability to build systems that operate over multiple steps
  • Ability to evaluate where and why agents fail
  • Ability to read current AI research and apply relevant ideas
  • Ability to build and test ideas independently
  • Strong portfolio of AI projects encouraged
  • Resume/CV, portfolio or GitHub, and 1–3 notable projects or research efforts required for application
  • Candidate must complete background checks, including references, educational verification, criminal check, and credit check where applicable
