Senior Manager – Transaction Services

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and deliver financial due diligence assignments to a high standard, on time and within budget
- Act as primary client contact and build long-term client relationships
- Manage multiple projects, identify transaction issues and find opportunities to add client value
- Support development of Bishop Fleming’s Transaction Services proposition across the South West and Midlands
- Support business development, including intermediary networks, opportunity identification, pitches and tender submissions
- Develop new and existing client relationships to promote wider services and generate business
- Coach, develop and manage junior team members through learning, feedback and performance reviews
- Collaborate with Partners, Directors and colleagues to deliver joined-up client solutions and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Share technical knowledge and act as a recognised Corporate Finance specialist internally and externally
Requirements
What you’ll need- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Transaction Services professional
- Strong people management, development and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset and ability to identify client opportunities
- Willingness to contribute to business development activities
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure as part of a team
- Confirmation of right to work in the UK
- Successful applicants must undergo background checks, including reference verification and, where applicable, a standard or enhanced DBS check
