About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and coordinate joint marketing, co-marketing, thought leadership, sponsored event, and outreach campaigns with strategic Channel and Alliance partners
  • Track partner campaign timelines, deliverables, activities, budgets, performance, engagement, and results
  • Support partner event promotion, CISO and executive events, speakers, partners, and event-related marketing activities
  • Maintain campaign calendars and partner communication workflows
  • Manage partner and alliances information in the Highspot partner portal
  • Support the partner deal registration process
  • Qualify partner-generated inbound leads and route them to sales
  • Support analytics and reporting across partner initiatives
  • Build, launch, schedule, QA, approve, and report on outbound email campaigns using list segmentation, targeting configuration, and marketing automation tools
  • Manage Marketing Development Funds with channel partners, including planned activities, budgets, and program execution
  • Build and maintain partner-enablement collateral and translate Bishop Fox services into partner-friendly messaging and materials
  • Coordinate with internal Channel and Alliances stakeholders
  • Ensure campaigns and partner programs are organized, accurate, well-supported, and on schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, marketing operations, or campaign coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce, or similar tools nice to have
  • Experience supporting alliance or channel marketing programs nice to have
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing or cybersecurity industry nice to have
  • Familiarity with Highspot or other partner relationship management (PRM) / partner portal tools nice to have
  • All new hires must pass a background check as a condition of employment
