About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and adapt creative across presentations, print, digital, environmental, and experiential touchpoints
  • Extend visual identities across presentations, communications, signage, wayfinding, screens, digital assets, and other event touchpoints
  • Build polished PowerPoint presentations that communicate information and ideas clearly and visually
  • Create and adapt graphics for screens, stages, environmental, and large-format applications
  • Participate in brainstorms, discovery, and concept development
  • Build mood boards, conduct visual research, explore references, and develop design thinking
  • Apply strategy and creative briefs to make stronger design decisions
  • Partner with Graphic Designers, Senior Designers, and Creative Directors to execute established creative direction
  • Collaborate with motion, video, production, and other disciplines across physical and digital experiences
  • Prepare accurate, organized, production-ready files with guidance from senior team members
  • Incorporate feedback, stay organized, and manage assigned tasks and deadlines across multiple projects
  • Use AI and emerging tools thoughtfully for research, exploration, ideation, visualization, and image generation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience, including internships, freelance, agency, or in-house experience
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, visual thinking, curiosity, and potential across brand identity, presentations, print, digital, or related work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and interest in developing presentation design and visual storytelling skills
  • Basic understanding of preparing files for print and digital production
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage deadlines across multiple projects
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client programs and events
  • Event or environmental design experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, motion graphics, 3D, or spatial design preferred
  • Understanding of typography, hierarchy, color, composition, imagery, and layout
  • Care with spelling, brand standards, image resolution, file organization, production specs, and deadlines
