About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and high-quality service
  • Provide clear, consistent communication and direction to clients, internal teams, and vendor partners
  • Lead program timelines and ensure all milestones and deliverables are met
  • Oversee program elements including budgeting, site selection, registration, travel, production, and onsite execution
  • Manage hotel sourcing, room blocks, and vendor partnerships
  • Coordinate across creative, travel, production, and onsite support teams
  • Develop and manage program budgets aligned with client expectations
  • Track cost savings and avoidance throughout the program lifecycle
  • Ensure timely and accurate final billing and reconciliations
  • Ensure operational processes and procedures are followed
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide post-program evaluations, reporting, and insights to clients and internal teams
  • Lead client programs from concept through execution for corporate meetings, events, and incentive trips

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong listening, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to assess client needs and recommend strategic solutions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Proven client relationship management experience
  • Experience building and managing program budgets
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 35%
  • Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical, franchise, or commercial event environments
  • Preferred: Advanced Excel and data management skills
  • Preferred: Experience managing large-scale meetings, events, or incentive programs
  • Ability to work within U.S. business hours
