About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create animated explainer videos about Bitcoin, crypto, and products using typography, graphics, illustration, motion design, and the brand system
- Produce product tutorials combining screen recordings, UI assets, voiceover, text, and animation
- Edit launch, hype, and promotional videos showcasing product features
- Maintain and refresh tutorial content when product releases or UI changes make existing videos outdated
- Edit conventional video content, including talking-head interviews, conference walkthroughs, and social clips
- Color grade, sound edit, and deliver polished final videos for web, product, social, YouTube, and other channels
- Deliver final videos independently and export standalone video assets when needed
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to create on-brand visual assets, voiceovers, or music
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, scriptwriters, and marketing and product teams
- Work independently, bring forward creative ideas, and communicate clearly throughout production
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience creating animated explainer videos, tutorials, or motion-led product content
- Strong motion-design instincts: pacing, typography, transitions, visual hierarchy, and the ability to explain ideas simply
- Solid conventional editing experience, including color grading, audio cleanup, and interview or event footage
- Strong experience creating motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects or comparable professional tools
- Professional editing experience with at least one tool such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or an equivalent workflow
- Comfortable working from brand guidelines and applying them consistently across graphics, animation, and video
- Experience combining screen recordings, still images, product UI, music, voiceover, and motion graphics into a cohesive final piece
- Familiarity with AI prompting and creative AI tools for image generation, synthetic voice, or music generation
- A portfolio that demonstrates both motion-led work and conventional editing
- Nice to have: Experience with fintech, crypto, consumer apps, or educational content
- Nice to have: Experience adapting content for multiple formats and channels
- Nice to have: Illustration, 3D, sound design, or basic scripting skills
- Nice to have: Additional language skills beyond English
