About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Consult and meet with clients regularly to learn their needs and provide project progress updates
Provide product and delivery-process leadership
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical delivery teams
Participate in roadmap planning and align product initiatives with business objectives and strategies
Implement Bitovi’s Agile program-management approach to produce accurate, actionable plans at scale
Deliver business and technical expertise to feature teams throughout design, coding, testing, and implementation
Develop technical requirements from business requirements and prioritize them
Break requirements into workable sizes and user stories
Manage and appropriately escalate risks, issues, and changes
Manage and refine the product backlog, assemble sprints, and perform release planning
Participate in releases as the product expert and surface issues before release
Ensure roadmaps and product backlogs are visible, transparent, and clear to brand partners
Travel approximately 3–5 days every quarter, coordinated with the employee’s schedule
Present at conferences, give training, plan and run meetups or local groups, and create content in areas of expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years related technology experience
3+ years of technology product, project and/or program management experience; multiple disciplines strongly preferred
BA/BS degree or related experience
Proven skillset leading or guiding software and Agentic AI projects at a multi-team scale with executive-level stakeholders
Experience working with platform partners to jointly deliver solutions
Track record creating, communicating, and managing detailed program or project plans spanning multiple stakeholders and partners
Skilled in analyzing processes and identifying pain points to deliver operational efficiencies
Experience leading product discovery, planning, and driving technical product value
Ability to break down mockups and wireframes into actionable stories
Ability to lead estimation processes while managing dependencies, resource capacity, and schedule
Interest and experience working directly with clients and joining new projects regularly
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, negotiation, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Experience with matrix working relationships
Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and XP
Experience and/or certification as an Agile product owner and scrum master
Agentic AI and consulting experience is advantageous
Applicants should be based in the US; preference for time zones overlapping North America
Willingness and ability to travel as needed, averaging 3–5 days every quarter
