About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advise and support managers on all relevant HR and people-related topics
  • Independently manage the global recruitment of specialists and executives
  • Further develop and professionally implement HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Work closely with Payroll, HR Operations, and other internal stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of company strategies with a focus on employee and business performance
  • Independently manage HR projects and contribute to larger cross-functional projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in business administration, economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Personnel / Human Resources
  • Several years of experience in a comparable HR Business Partner role
  • Solid and confident knowledge of employment law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
  • Experience with common HR and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Enjoy working in an international environment
  • Structured, reliable, and self-directed working style with a strong service orientation
