About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Configure and manage the B2B Sales and Commerce cloud platform
- Drive continuous improvement through scalable best-practice solutions and platform enhancements
- Manage the end-to-end user experience, including requirements gathering, feedback collection, support tickets, training, and solution design
- Manage users and licenses, including setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, org-wide defaults, and sharing rules
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
- Manage sandbox environments
- Identify and translate requirements into scalable solutions focused on exceptional user experience
- Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Improve Salesforce data quality through data management, rules, and automation
- Perform proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Handle user support tickets
- Monitor and improve user adoption
- Deliver new-user and ongoing-user training
- Maintain technical documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Strong Salesforce Product Knowledge
- Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
- DevOps/release management experience
- Experience with SAP suite of products
- Additional Salesforce certifications such as Certified Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist, or Application Architect are desired
