About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact between Finance, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain departments and external SAP consulting partners.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.
Maintain and support the SAP S/4HANA environment.
Coordinate and manage change requests, system improvements, and minor configuration adjustments.
Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, business processes, test results, and customizations.
Drive continuous process improvements, system optimization, and successful change implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
3–4 years of hands-on SAP experience in a deep-tech, manufacturing, semiconductor, or similarly complex operational environment.
Comfortable operating independently within newly established or evolving SAP S/4HANA environments.
Strong understanding of business processes across FI/CO, MM, and SD.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its application within end-to-end business processes.
Experience collaborating with external SAP partners and cross-functional business operations teams.
Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and change management activities, supported by tools such as SAP Cloud ALM.
Strong communication skills in German and English.
Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven way of working.
