About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Project manage the development and delivery of digital solutions for the Stakeholder Engagement business
  • Manage website builds, website projects and changes, CMS content uploads, SEO/GEO/AI tracking and reporting, and digital communications work
  • Define, manage and deliver projects on time, to scope and budget
  • Develop an understanding of clients, their industries, market trends and digital corporate communications best practices
  • Work with design, development and account teams to define solutions meeting client requirements
  • Support the Account Manager by managing project delivery schedules based on budget estimates and agreed scopes
  • Drive programmes of work from inception through successful delivery
  • Manage day-to-day project delivery, schedules, deadlines and dependencies
  • Participate in discovery and definition stages to interpret client briefs and define scope, budget and schedule
  • Produce and maintain project briefs, schedules, requirements documents, contact reports and status reports
  • Contribute to sitemaps and wireframes
  • Oversee design and content amendments and ensure accurate, error-free delivery
  • Review and check work before sending it to the Account Manager
  • Apply project management and quality assurance processes, procedures and templates
  • Manage client support, maintenance and general requests
  • Brief and coordinate suppliers and ensure quality standards are met
  • Book resources and keep teams aligned on upcoming deliverables
  • Organise meetings and maintain orderly, accessible project documentation
  • Contribute to budget proposals and manage project budgets, reconciliations, purchase orders and invoicing support
  • Ensure out-of-scope work is approved and costed before proceeding
  • Submit accurate daily timesheets
  • Contribute research and insights supporting thought leadership and share learning with the team
  • Report to the Digital Account Manager and regularly check in with the Digital Account Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years agency experience within digital marketing and communications
  • Experience managing digital build projects from inception to delivery, with the ability to work unaided
  • Experience project managing websites, ideally corporate and business-to-business sites
  • Familiarity with website development best practices, including accessibility, usability and design
  • Experience interacting with clients at a variety of levels and across functions
  • Experience working with an Account Manager or Client Service team member
  • Experience scoping significant-scale and complex digital projects and identifying project risks
  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, updating teams and clients, and flagging deadlines or dependencies
  • Good knowledge of project management techniques for digital solutions, including requirements definition, sitemaps, schematics, wireframes and web analytics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and project tracking software
  • Content management system experience
  • Ticket creation and tracking for tasks and website issues/bugs, such as JIRA
  • Knowledge of QA techniques and processes
  • Knowledge of W3C WCAG levels and requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate complex digital solutions in non-technical language
  • Ability to manage urgent and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently and in a team
