About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with Blackbaud internal teams to develop, execute, optimize, and assess partner enablement programs
  • Plan, create, coordinate, monitor, and implement enablement activities to maximize partner engagement
  • Translate partner business outcomes into learning curriculums and partner events
  • Create training content, guidance documents, templates, FAQs, and other enablement deliverables
  • Develop and execute communications plans for webinars, events, newsletters, emails, partner town halls, and partner summits
  • Manage partner logistics and coordination for Blackbaud go-to-market initiatives, programs, and events
  • Evangelize programs, solutions, and capabilities while articulating their value proposition
  • Evaluate, update, and create content for distribution, training, product tours, and consumable deliverables
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and review enablement and training materials
  • Coordinate with Partner Enablement and Partner Operations counterparts
  • Work with product management, customer success, and marketing teams to increase partner-influenced revenue
  • Lead cross-functional calls to report on and drive progress on project deliverables
  • Manage program reporting and KPIs and provide regular results
  • Evaluate information placement across communication channels to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years Partner Enablement experience (preferably in tech/SaaS)
  • Experience in a channel sales environment is highly desirable with a strong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales models.
  • Ability to be strategic while executing tactically
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and partner portals
  • Proven success scoping, designing and implementing strategic enablement initiatives training
  • Excellent presentations/training facilitation skills and ability to be creative in messaging
  • Ability to establish and build close working relationships (internally and externally)
  • Entrepreneurial mind set, self-starter and ability to drive outcomes
  • Strong collaborator and multi-tasker with personal credibility and influencing skills
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment – willingness to work virtually
  • Team-oriented planner and decision-maker
