About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage primarily mid-tier retail accounts and communicate directly with partners regularly
  • Support the Go-To-Market (Sales) team in implementing omnichannel sales initiatives
  • Work with Strategic Relationship Managers on operational activities for executable initiatives
  • Manage program operations including product setup and testing, resets, project execution, merchandising coordination, and internal account maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives, address partner concerns, and develop solutions
  • Pull and analyze data to support client meetings
  • Participate in client calls and attend in-person client meetings
  • Manage procurement, distribution, and fulfillment of promotional programs for alliance partner stores
  • Ensure marketing deliverables are completed
  • Learn new product lines and understand solutions offered to partners
  • Interact with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders through Zoom/team meetings, potential onsite meetings, and other communications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years’ experience of account management, project management, client services experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, including effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with relationship development and management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trust with clients
  • Initiative and sound decision-making skills
  • Comfortable managing day-to-day responsibilities with minimal instruction
  • Ability to influence effectively across business functions
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Project management and logistics skills
  • Proven ability to implement programs on time, according to specifications, and within budget
  • Ability to understand and manage technical details of various programs and explain key elements to partners
  • Comfortable working with complex and intangible product concepts
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Curiosity and adaptability in emerging technologies
  • Successfully implemented and utilized AI tools to enhance work, improve processes, or deliver measurable results
  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check
  • Must be located in the United States, excluding Alaska, North Dakota, and South Dakota; California has a separate salary range
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
