Key responsibilities & impact

Build capture and classification steps for content from Jira, GitHub, Notion, Figma, Pendo, BigQuery, and Databricks
Design and maintain a typed, sourced, and versioned product knowledge repository
Build role-scoped delivery through the internal AI harness for Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer teams
Deliver launch messaging, battlecards, help content, and training through tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Intercom
Automate go-live checklists, release notifications, and status roll-ups
Prototype, test with users, and iterate or discard approaches based on learnings
Extend internal apps and dashboards built on tools such as Replit
Build AI-assisted workflows, Claude skills, and Slack bots
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Program Management, Product Analytics, and go-to-market teams
Build securely while respecting access controls, data handling standards, and SOC 2 traceability requirements
Document tools for use, support, and maintenance
Report to the Sr. Manager, PDLC Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience building and maintaining web applications, APIs, and integrations in a modern language such as Python or TypeScript/JavaScript
Comfortability working with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication for third-party tools
Solid software engineering fundamentals, including testing, debugging, and Git-based workflows with code review
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and LLMs, such as Claude Code
Ability to build and use agent harnesses and automated workflows
Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks
Experience with content models, metadata, or knowledge graphs
Experience with provenance and versioning of content in Git
Clear communication with non-technical partners
Effective collaboration with a manager who owns the vision
Must be located within the U.S. or select Canadian Provinces
