About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across operational processes
Redesign and optimize processes using Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies
Document current workflows and analyze end-to-end business processes
Design solutions and support the program and operations management team through implementation
Promote best practices and support change management to embed a culture of operational excellence
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
Standardize processes and scale improvements across operations and geographical locations
Conduct field visits and operational reviews to identify best practices and performance challenges
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production, supply chain, support, maintenance, and deployment
Work closely with cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of proven experience in operational excellence and process improvement, ideally in production, supply chain, logistics, field operations or consultancy
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field
Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset, with a structured approach to assessing current state and designing improvements
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Proficient in applying AI to fast-track the work
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Ability to travel if needed
