Behavior Analyst

• Serve as a clinical leader guiding RBTs and partnering with families
• Deliver outstanding applied behavior analysis (ABA) care to children
• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs
• Conduct Parent Training sessions
• Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
• Coordinate care with other professionals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields
• Collaborate through regular clinical discussions, peer support, and shared expertise
• Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members
