About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor inbound requests from SHI sales teams and partner channels
  • Create and maintain opportunities in Salesforce
  • Ensure accurate forecasts, next steps, close dates, and activity history
  • Track opportunity progression and identify stalled deals
  • Support pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracy
  • Schedule discovery calls, customer meetings, internal strategy sessions, and follow-up activities
  • Coordinate calendars across sales representatives, solution architects, practice leaders, and customers
  • Manage meeting logistics and document and complete action items
  • Assist with opportunity follow-up and customer communications
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality and opportunity visibility
  • Update opportunity stages, estimated values, and forecasting information
  • Generate pipeline, opportunity, service offering, and channel activity reports
  • Support management reviews through accurate and timely data entry
  • Coordinate incoming partner-generated services requests
  • Align internal resources and assign technical personnel
  • Help ensure timely responses to partner and customer inquiries
  • Assist in routing opportunities to Solution Architects and Practice Leads
  • Track proposal, LOE, SOW, CPQ, contracting, and approval workflows
  • Monitor outstanding actions and follow up with stakeholders
  • Support standardized sales motions for productized service offerings
  • Assist with service catalogs, sales materials, and partner-facing collateral
  • Coordinate business reviews, partner presentations, and account development activities
  • Identify recurring opportunity trends to improve scalability and operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of inside sales, sales operations, channel sales support, partner management, or business development experience
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or a comparable CRM platform
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Preferred: Experience supporting channel, wholesale, VAR, or partner-driven sales organizations
  • Preferred: Exposure to professional services, consulting, managed services, or technology sales
  • Preferred: Understanding of opportunity qualification, forecasting, and sales pipeline management
  • Preferred: Familiarity with solution architecture, presales, or technical consulting environments
