About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Increase active subscribers and product penetration in assigned multi-dwelling properties/communities by selling and promoting Blue Stream video, high-speed Internet, and voice products
  • Develop strong relationships with property management to support sales and retention
  • Provide ongoing sales support to assigned properties
  • Coordinate with staff members on the same account, including Kick-Off Meetings, Townhall Meetings, and property launches
  • Build customer relationships after sale and assist with prospective clients
  • Set up property referrals and communicate upselling and prospect opportunities to the sales team
  • Service multiple clients concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Hold meetings with property officials and provide internal teams with information to ensure services and processes work properly
  • Communicate customer needs and requests to appropriate departments
  • Keep records of property transactions and forecast and track account metrics
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, including after-hours and weekend assistance when needed
  • Maintain and develop long-term account relationships
  • Retain the customer base and optimize revenue through customer satisfaction
  • Process and collect Board of Directors names and titles, VIPs and friendlies, resident rosters, seasonality information, and floor plans after acquisition contracts or migration amendments are signed
  • Apply problem solving, technical knowledge, product and service management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) and/or a minimum of six years of related experience
  • Able to communicate in the English language
  • Bilingual in any language is a plus
  • Able to organize and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point
  • Cable or telecommunications background preferred
